France Chambers was born to Veevet Kelly-Peterkin (deceased) and Michael Chambers (deceased), in the community of Maroon Town, St. James. He is the fifth child of his parents’ seven children. He is a member of the Vaughansfield Church, where he was baptized at age 9.

Pastor Chambers is a graduate of Cornwall College (2001), where he completed his high school education and Northern Caribbean University (NCU) (2007), where he attained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religion.

Pastor Chambers was ordained as an elder at the Northern Caribbean University Church in 2006. He is also an invested Senior Youth Leader since 2007.

He worked as a student colporteur in the USA, Jamaica and the Bahamas. While in New York he served as a Bible Worker in Brooklyn, New York. After graduation, he also served as a Bible Worker in a few evangelistic campaigns also as a Bible Instructor.

Since the beginning of denominational employment in 2008, he has served as an intern in the Santa Cruz and Lucea Districts, and the Montego Bay Church. In January 2010 he was assigned to the Sandy Bay District. He also serves as chairman of the Sandy Bay Seventh-day Adventist Kindergarten school board. Pastor Chambers is currently serving as Secretary of the Hanover Parish Cell and Assistant Secretary of the Ministerial Fraternity of West Jamaica Conference. He is also a trained Mediator with the Dispute Resolution Foundation of Jamaica (certification pending) and is also a Volunteer Station Chaplain with the Jamaica Constabulary Force.

Since the beginning of his pastoral ministry, Pastor Chambers has been actively involved in the areas of Community Services and Public Evangelism. He has been an ordained minister of the Gospel since August 31, 2013.

He is married to the beautiful Dacia (formerly Neita) since 2009, who is a registered nurse and also an NCU alumnus; they are the proud parents of one daughter, Chaia (shay-à) Danae.

Pastor Chambers also enjoys Desktop Publishing, reading and preaching the Word of God and holds as his personal motto: “Face Impossibilities with God.”
